SHIPPING POLICY
Effective from launch. Applicable to all orders placed on shersherni.com.
FREE SHIPPING
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. No minimum order value is required. The shipping cost at checkout will always be zero regardless of your order size or location.
DELIVERY TIMELINE
All orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of order confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 5 to 7 business days from the date of dispatch depending on your location within India.
Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control including public holidays, extreme weather conditions, or courier delays.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email or message with your tracking details. You can use these details to track your shipment in real time.
DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our courier partner will attempt delivery at the address provided at the time of order. Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate. In case of a failed delivery attempt the courier will make additional attempts or leave instructions for collection.
Sher Sherni is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer.
IMPORTANT NOTES
- Orders are processed on business days only. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Once an order is dispatched it cannot be redirected to a different address.
- In case of a lost or undelivered shipment please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date at hello@shersherni.com and we will raise a dispute with our courier partner.
- This policy is subject to change without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your order will apply.
