RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Effective from launch. Applicable to all orders placed on shersherni.com.

Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.


REFUND POLICY

All sales on shersherni.com are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or personal preference.

A refund will only be considered if the product delivered is damaged, torn, or defective at the time of delivery.

Mandatory Condition for Damage Claims: To be eligible for a damage-related refund, the customer must provide a clear uninterrupted unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the package. The video must show the sealed package being opened and the product's condition upon removal. Claims without an unboxing video will not be entertained under any circumstances.

Upon receiving the unboxing video, our team will review the claim at our sole discretion. If damage is verified as a manufacturing or dispatch fault, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.


EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer size exchanges on eligible products subject to the following conditions:

  • Exchanges are permitted for size variants of the same product only. A product cannot be exchanged for a different product, design, or style.
  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery as confirmed by courier tracking.
  • The requested size must be available in stock at the time of processing. If unavailable, store credit may be offered at our discretion.
  • Products purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange.
  • Exchange shipping charges if applicable will be communicated at the time of the request.

HOW TO RAISE A CLAIM

All claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Claims raised after this window will not be accepted.

Step 1 — Contact Us Email shersherniindia@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and the nature of your claim.

Step 2 — Submit Evidence For damage claims attach your unboxing video and photographs clearly showing the defect. For size exchanges confirm the size received and the size required.

Step 3 — Await Review Our team will review your claim within 2 to 3 business days and respond with next steps. Approval is at the sole discretion of Sher Sherni.

Step 4 — Resolution Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days. Approved exchanges are dispatched subject to stock availability.


NON-ELIGIBLE SITUATIONS

The following will not qualify for a refund or exchange under any circumstances:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Incorrect size ordered by the customer
  • Minor colour variation due to screen display differences
  • Damage caused after delivery due to improper use or washing
  • Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery
  • Claims submitted without an unboxing video for damage claims
  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or have tags removed
  • Sale or discounted items

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Sher Sherni reserves the right to reject any claim that does not meet the stated conditions.
  • All decisions made by Sher Sherni regarding refunds and exchanges are final and binding.
  • We strongly recommend checking the size guide on each product page carefully before placing an order.
  • For lost or undelivered parcels contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
  • This policy is subject to change without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of your order will apply.
